What This Site Collects, and Why

Six boxes and a server log

Six boxes make up the form: first name, surname, telephone number, email address, the job it concerns, and a space to describe it. Separately, the server records each request it serves, originating IP address, browser string, page, timestamp. Nothing else is gathered anywhere on these pages. No account exists, no password is set, and a second visit does not recognize you.

What it is used for

Four uses, and there is no fifth. Getting back to you within 1 business day. Fixing a time for the free visit, which is the only reason the telephone box is there at all. Measuring the ground and writing the figure. Holding the job record afterward, mix strength, base depth, joint spacing, so a workmanship question at year five is settled off paper. Nothing is sold on, and no advertising runs here that it could feed.

Who else sees it

Two sets of eyes inside the business: the man who opened the ground, and the crew booked for the pour. Outside it, three suppliers hold it incidentally, the host, the mailbox, the phone provider, and none may put it to any purpose of their own. One public body sees a job address, because a permit application goes through the city's Anaheim NEXT portal. That closes the list.

No cookies, no tracking

No cookie is set by these pages and nothing at all is written to your device. Analytics, advertising pixels and session recorders are all absent, as is anything pulled in from a firm whose business is following visitors about, which is why a consent banner has never appeared here to be dismissed. Two links do send you off site: the office address opens your phone's map app, and the review names at the foot lead to Google, Facebook and the BBB, under their policies.

How long it is kept

Three periods, each one this business's own choice rather than a legal requirement. An inquiry that came to nothing gets deleted 24 months on from its last message, which covers two seasons of a decision people take slowly. Where a job was actually built the file stays 7 years, since a workmanship question at year six is only settled from the pour record and the invoice beside it. Server logs go at 90 days.

What you can ask for

A California resident can make four requests of this business: show what is held, correct it, erase it, or stop the contact. Each is handled inside 45 days. STOP on a text ends the texts; say so on the phone and the calls stop as well. The rights are the CCPA's, as the CPRA amended them, and include not being penalised for using one, set out in full by the state Attorney General.

For property owners

Ordering a drive, a floor or a footing means you own the property or act for whoever does, so no part of this site is aimed at children and nothing is knowingly taken from one. An entry that turns out to have come from someone under 18 is deleted and goes unanswered. Any parent who suspects otherwise can ring the office and have it looked at that day.

An analytics tag going on this site would force a rewrite, and so would cutting any of the three periods above. What you are reading is the version in force; nothing here is announced by email, so the date is the thing to check.
